By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

• If you sign in via Apple ID or Google Play Games, we receive a unique identifier and display name from that service

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Game (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools). These parties are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
• Multiplayer Features: Your username and rank may be visible to other players in leaderboards, match lobbies, and public rankings.

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before this occurs.

Advertising & Analytics

NAGA may display optional rewarded advertisements (e.g., watch an ad to earn bonus in-game coins). We use third-party advertising and analytics services including:

• Unity Ads — rewarded video advertising
• Google AdMob / AppLovin MAX — ad mediation and delivery
• Firebase Analytics / GameAnalytics — gameplay analytics and performance tracking

These services may collect your advertising ID, device information, and interaction data to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation

Purchasing the "Remove Ads" option disables all interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available but are never mandatory.

Section 06

Children's Privacy

NAGA is rated for ages 12 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@playnaga.live. We will promptly delete such information from our records.

Section 07

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained while your account remains active
• Gameplay data and progress is retained to provide continuity of service
• Upon account deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify you
• Crash logs and diagnostic data are retained for a maximum of 90 days
